Kokous joudutaan valitettavasti perumaan hallituksen jäsenten korona-altistusten vuoksi. Hallitus päättää myöhemmin korvaavalle kokoukselle ajan ja paikan. Myös kokouksen jälkeen suunniteltu piknik peruuntuu.
Hyvät jäsenet,
kutsumme teidät kaikki yhdistyksen kokoukseen Bar Öhön, Linnankatu 7, 24.5. klo 16.10 alkaen. Asialistalla ovat kevätkokouksessa päättämättä jääneet asiat (vastuuvapauden myöntäminen lähinnä) ja hallituksen mahdollinen täydentäminen.
Yhdistys tarjoaa kaikille ennakkoon ilmoittautuneille alkoholittoman juoman. Ilmoittautumiset ja hallituskiinnostumiset puheenjohtaja Jukka Väisäselle (jtvais (at) utu.fi).
Jatkamme iltaa piknikillä Tuomiokirkonpuistossa tai sateen yms. sattuessa Bar Ö:ssä klo 17.00.

The meeting unfortunately has to be cancelled due to board member covid-19 exposures. The board will later pick a time and place for a new meeting. The picnic planned for after the meeting is also cancelled.
Dear members,
we invite you all to an association meeting at Bar Ö, Linnankatu 7, May 24 at 16.10 o'clock. On the agenda are matters left over from the spring meeting (primarily discharging last year's board from liability) and possibly adding people to the board.
The association will offer everyone who signs up in advance a non-alcoholic drink. Sign-ups and inquiries about joining the board can be sent to chairperson Jukka Väisänen (jtvais (at) utu.fi).
We'll continue the evening with a picnic in Tuomiokirkonpuisto (Cathedral Park, between the Cathedral and the river) or in the event of rain or something like that at Bar Ö from 17 o'clock onwards.
